tractorbeam - just to clarify, I wasn't criticizing, just commenting on MRC quirks. I do understand, however, recommendations are based on individual circumstances (diet, exercise, etc.).
selway, I didn't think you were criticizing at all. It does seem to me that every center gives different advice, etc.
I was just sharing my eating habits for anyone interested. I read so many posts and lurked for weeks before joining. Every little piece of info was helpful for me.
ETA: How do you get a ticker?

You have to go into the USER CP and edit your signature. Then from there it will tell you where you can get your tickers from...
And, thank you so much, everyone, for all of the well-wishes! I'm back at work today and feeling fairly decent (mornings are a bit rough, but I can take on the world come 2:00 p.m. - haha!). The consistency of the meal plan helps me focus and feel good, too. Bonus
Skelley331 - Good luck today, you are going to rock it!!!
Lady67 - good to hear from you! I was hoping that you were doing OK with the ex-roommate and other stressful things that you mentioned that you had going on.
It is Wednesday and I am still feeling determined. I was proud of myself last night. I had to work a little late and was STARVING by the time I had dinner at 7:30. I, of course, ate too fast and thought I was still hungry. Instead of scarfing down another serving, I decided to wait until after I had cleaned up from dinner (dishes, etc.) to see if I really was still hungry. I wasn't. :0
