AshleyRae don't fret about the 2 lb gain I've been there a few times, it could be anything but the inches are most important to me!

Sandra: welcome you will love the support you get from everyone here! Like Ashleyrae says the first 10 days after preconditioning are tough, you will have ups and downs but the result are AWESOME! Goodluck and stay in touch with us here.

Welcome Sandra! You will do fine.
I lost just 1/2 lb tonight but I'll take that. I ate out twice unexpectedly over the weekend. I stuck to plan but I could really taste the sodium in the food.

geor56: Hey 1/2 lb is a loss!! I only lost 1lb last week but i'll take it too! We didn't put all this on over night! The slower the loss the longer you keep it off is what I was told!

Mix all of the above ingredients. Pour into a preheated nonstick skillet. Cook on medium heat for about 3-5 minutes. Flip over and cook for another minute or less, just to cook egg thru.

You can adapt this to your choice.. Can use Waldens Maple syrup with more cinnamon on top, choice is yours.
I miss all those recipes members used to post.
