Weigh-in during Aunt Flo
 

Hi guys,
I weigh-in tomorrow night and I was thinking that I will be starting my period in a few days. How does it affect all of you guys? Do you tend to not show any weight loss or even gain a little around this time due to water weight? I have been sticking 100% to the program, but I keep telling myself not to be disappointed if the scale isn't quite as forgiving as I would like. Any input about your struggles during that time of month would be greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!

I skipped my weigh in during the week I had mine. I felt it more important not to become discouraged if I didn't see a loss. But I'm curious to see how much a difference it would make. I might weigh in at that time this month.

I don't consider it a struggle. It is what it is and I keep weighing in like normal.

I've learned over the years that I tend to gain four pounds during that time. So if I maintain, or go up ever so slightly, so be it. I've done this long enough to know that without fail, the weight ALWAYS comes flying off once it ends if I have stuck with the plan. If I don't, then it won't.

I quit letting it play head games with me a long time ago.

Okay....I just got back from WI and actually managed to lose 2 pounds. She said it would have been 4 or 5 lbs if it was a different week. I will definitely take 2 pounds. I got to sign the 10 lb board. Yay! Hope everybody had a great day!
