I am confused on step 2 on MM, they tell you you much eat 11-20 for breadfast, lunch and dinner and before going to bed. And if your meals are more than 5 hours apart your snack has to be 11-20, but not to stack the 11-20.
Yet the two example they give for menu on page 98 shows 5 11-20 and there is not 5 hours between them. Please help me understand this. Thanks!!!!
