Electrolyte Imbalance = heart issues on 2nd month of MRC
I am starting my 3rd month at MRC on the Meta Slim plan. I started out at 264 and am at 229 as of yesterday. I initially started going to MRC because a cardiologist recommended it. The cardiologist told me that losing weight was my best bet to feel better. I had been feeling great up until a week ago when I started feeling strange heart palpitations all the time, like 200 a day!!! My Dr. put me on a halter monitor for 5 days to watch what was going on. They called with the results and said that they sensations are PVC's (premature ventricular contractions) I am going in tomorrow for fasting labs. They suspect the overabundance of "supplements" MRC has convinced me to buy may be to blame. The Trace Minerals, one that I never would have guessed could cause an issue anyway.
Has anyone else out there had any issue????
