Default A New Season is Here!

Hello All,

Just checking in! I know I haven't been around this board much, but wanted to see how everyone is doing!! Spring is here- it's a time for new beginnings! Hope abounds during Spring.

How is everyone doing that started in January?

I'm on meta-protein now and LOVING it. I've never been a big carb fan.
Here are some progress pictures:

Metabolic Start- 01/03: 242

On 1/20:
Weight: 230
BMI: 37.4
Fat Percentage: 47.3%

On 3/20:
Weight: 214.6
BMI: 34.6
Fat: 44.5%

How are you doing? Still enjoying program?

Your pictures look great! Congratulations. What a difference for you already! I started 1/7, and am down 38 pounds. I'm with you, though, with spring around the corner, it's given me a new boost. There's something about this season that just makes you feel like you can take on anything!

lunarsongbird, you look very pretty. I can't believe how much fat has melted off you in such a short time.

I am so glad to have started the program before it's time to change into lighter clothes. I may be far from my goal when it's time to shed the layers and long sleeves, but at least I'll know I'm on my way.

peg, 38 pounds sounds wonderful. I'm so looking forward to being able to say that!
