Has anyone done light lifting while on mrc? I am taking a mms supplement now as I start to try and help with excess skin... I was thinking lights resistance training..even with bands for my arms would also help? Crunches...sit-ups stomach area.
Any suggestions. I don't want to end up with a lot of excess skin..
I went to the gym almost every day, alternating the treadmill, Nike, and resistance machines. MRC told me I could do no more than 3.5 hours per week. I'm still doing just about the same on maintenance except I'm doing weight every other day, rather than every 3-4 days.
