Here we go

I just had my foods class and my final weigh in on preconditioning. :carrot: looking forward to the journey.

So I started preconditioning on Monday 2-11 at 318.5 lbs.. After four full days of conditioning I am down to 311. :D

Which I know is a lot of water weight but its weight gone none the less and I am looking forward to saying bye to the 300's forever

Losing the initial water weight was great for me because it made such a huge difference on overall puffiness, especially my face.

Congrats on such great results in your pre-conditioning!

I just restarted this past week. I gained almost 50 pounds this year. I saw a picture of myself at the ROTC picninc and I got in my car and drove right down to the center! I have been on preconditioning since tuesday and as of thursday I lost 2.5 pounds!! I can wait to get back into it and get my thinner self back!! Keep up the Good Work!

Junebaby-

Welcome back. This is the first time I have done the program. I am encourage so far by the results. I am diligent about drinking my water...have increased it more since yesterday. At my foods meeting. There are so many encouraging stories and wonderfully supportive people. I couldn't have sakes for a better support site.

As I type my dh is actually making an egg white omelet with spinach, tomatoes and asparagus for lunch...yummy.
