Default Anyone on Menus Made Easy Plan?

Due to my sensitivities to chemicals, I am on the Menu's Made Easy plan. Is anyone else using that plan? I've love the plan and I've lost 8 pounds so far!

I'm not on this plan and haven't heard of it but when I read Menu's Made Easy my mind immediately thought Easy...let me see what that's about

Care to share a little bit of the differences?

Hi,
In response to your question, the difference is I don't have any of the supplements. There is a food plan made up by a dietician for you based on your likes and dislikes. (For example, I'm lactose intolerant so they take that into consideration). But basically I'm on a plan that's an exchange plan (pick one from this catagory, pick one from that catagory, etc.) I really like it. I really works for me. It causes me to eat a more balance diet and helps keep my blood sugary under control. That's about it.

This sounds great! Wish I'd known about an option like that. I hated buying the HNS's and refused all the supplements.

How'd you find out about it?

Hi Going 4 Fit,
I just told them when they were discussing the program that I can't have the supplements so that's when they told me about the Menu's Made Easy plan. I had to pay some extra at the beginning, but not having to buy the supplements is a huge savings. But the weight loss is slower, but that's how I want to lose it. So for once, maybe my chemical sensitivities are paying off for such a rough thing to live with.
