Restarting and have a few questions

Hi, I am new to this thread and just restarting MRC. I did the program about 5 years ago with success, losing about 15 lbs. I eat pretty healthy and work out regularly. I need to lose 15 lbs again, just turned 40 and its getting harder. :o

I called my center (which is out of town now, but where originally I started) and had the HNS's sent to me. I asked for the green menu to be sent with my HNS's but they said I would have to pay another initiation fee. I pretty much remember the menu so refuse to repay for something I thought I could remember or track down. I started a week ago and I'm feeling good, just a little run down.

My question...anybody have an allergic type reaction to the ADWL or the MRC-6? I have no allergies but felt like my throat was closing up. I discontinued them today and feel better. I was also taking b12 so was wondering if it was too much b vitamins.

Also, I can remember the serving size for an apple or berries?

Any help, motivation :carrot: would be appreciated.

Thank you so much!!!

I haven't had any allergic reaction types but I didn't like the way I felt so bloated on the Corti Trim and MR 6 so I didn't renew those. I have quite a bit more wait to lose than you so I'm no help on your serving sizes. Good luck!
