Default Question about exercise

I was thinking of swimming a few days a week and doing some Pilates. I was told not too work out too much as it would make me too hungry and send body into starvation mode. Does anyone have some advise on these exercises?

Swimming is deceptively dehydrating so make sure you drink lots of water. I love Pilates- makes me feel so tall. I used to work out like a mad woman when I did the program the first time and I maxed by HNS to help keep me out of starvation mode. Are you going to a center? I would ask them but definitely up the water and maybe the HNS's too.

Maybe look into their "Meta-balance" menu. It works for those that exercise
