I am thinking about buying into the b12 injections .. Has anyone has success with these ? I am a little hesitant because I've been taking b12 pills for about a year now but they claim these injections work 100% better. Any one have experience with them?

I tried them...They didnt work for me! A lady at church did them and they worked for her.

I was wondering about this as well. I had a friend lose 50lbs on it when just dieting and exercise alone didn't work as well. I would like to see if anyone else ever tried B-12 injections? It sounds to good to be true but just checking.
