First they shouldn't be scalding you, i went thru the same thing, got bored and just didn't know if i could go on with this way of eating, my counselor told me that what they do are guidelines and they know you have ups and downs, they always review my food journal and see ways to help me out, maybe you should talk to a different counselor, you have accomplished so much with the 30lbs you have lost. When i went off track for a few days and started feeling bloated and tired after eating things i shouldn't have it woke me up to the fact that i don't want to feel like that all the time so i got up the next day and started back on plan, you can do this but don't beat yourself up if you get discouraged, we are all here for you and will help all we can. Stick with it you will make it thru this period.
