When do you take your supplements?
 

I purchased the Big 3 I've yet to get fish oil pills and I'm confused on when to take them. The bottle says before my meals. But exactly how long before...what was your timeframe for taking your supplements?

I have to take them right before I eat or right after or they make me nauseous.

I was told 30mins before meals. But I save my vitamins and fish oil pills to take with my meal so I don't get an upset stomach. I've been fine taking Phentatrim and MR-6 before meals.

Meazie: do you take only 1 pehntratrim at each meal?

Oh no i went by the directions on the bottle, the center never told me how many or when to take. Thanks :)

Interesting... my center writes on the top of the bottle cap with how many, at what meal and if 30 mins before is needed.

Oh they did on mine when i went for my very first visit, now they just give me the product and i write on them.

My center doesn't do this...

my center does this too, and will each time you buy if you want, they also told me that if they upset your stomach as long as you are taking them within 30 mins before or after is fine. the phetetrim (i know thats spelled wrong LOL) is the only one that i was told to take 30 min before because it is an appetite suppressant.

My center always writes it on the bottles too.

If I am hungry, I take the Big 3 up to an hour before I eat. I usually just trade out the lids so I don't have to write on them each time. The vitamins kinda make me sick if I take them before breakfast, so I take them with my food. But, the others have never bothered me.
