Default Recipes???

What are your favorite recipes in the MRC cookbook?
I am really getting bored with what I eat. Just meat (mostly chicken), a vegetable and some fruit. I need some change or I don't think I can stick with it. However, I feel that I have had great results. Please share any suggestions!

Hey love to clog! I think the only things I have ever made in the cookbook were the mexican slaw, Texas chilli(really good) and the mrc chips. But there are some excellent receipes in the Recipe thread on here that don't all rely on the supplements. Definitely check it out!

I don't know if it's in the cookbook, but it's here on the thread...I like the tuna burgers. Mix 4oz of tuna (actually a little more because you lose some of the weight after they're cooked) with an egg white and melba toast. Put in whatever flavors you like in seasoning. I used Mrs. Dash lemon pepper, garlic, and red pepper flakes (most of this comes from the recipe on the recipe thread but I add a little more to it). I sometimes will put a little bit of Dijonnaise in there too. Then just make them into patties and throw them in the pan and cook them like a hamburger. They're quite tasty!

What I did the other night was sautee some spinach in with them and made a has out of it. Now you have all your necessary foods in one dish. But if you are sauteeing fresh spinach, do that first and then weigh it (to make sure it's 4oz) and then throw it in with the tuna.

I make a "hash" with it, not a "has".
