Default Protein from GNC?
I know many of you'all get Syntac from online service to suppliment your MRC Protiens. I was wondering if GNC sells anything close to what you are using. Thanks for any suggestions. Kya

I get the HNS from MRC but also buy from proteinshop.com

I like GNC lean shakes...they are pretty good in chocolate and vanilla...

I use GNC amplified wheybolic extreme 60 very tasty and if you use about 3/4 of the scoop it is similar in calories and protien to MRC and it is virtually sugar free
