What is 'hard cheese' that is listed on the food sheet for pre-conditioning??
Also: can I soak my cucumbers in vinegar (apple cidar)?
I was at MRC this morning for my b12 shot - but forgot to ask them.
THANKS!!
OK, over 30 views and no one knows what hard cheese is? Aren't we all on the same program?
Didn't everyone have to go through pre-conditioning???
I believe hard cheese is the kind you buy in a block. Cheddar, Swiss, pepper jack.... It comes in an 8 oz pkg and when I buy it, I cut it into eighths and put it in a ziPlock bag. Then I can pull out a 1 oz piece when needed. Hope this answers your question.
Examples of hard cheese are cheddar, provolone, gouda and swiss. As far as soaking your cucumbers in acv that's fine,it list it on the sheet. Good luck!
The above comments are right. You can always do the squeeze test: if it feels about as "hard" as a block of cheddar, it's probably hard. If it's softer, like mozzarella or goat cheese, then it's a no-go!
Thank you! I was thinking of the sticks of chedder cheese for easy portability. I saw some 60calorie kinds last night in the store.
