The board tells me that I can't PM people until I get a certain number of posts in, so I figured I would ask some questions that I have been wondering about.
I see a lot of talk about 'menus'....what color would I be if I am over 300 pounds and need to lose over 150 pounds to get semi-near a goal?

MRC has many menus at several levels they depend on your weight. But they also assign a menu depending on the amount of physical exercise and also if you are a diabetic. They will give you the menu that is right for you during your food/program instruction class.
