Default Lost Inches
I've been at this for a good month and have lost 17 pounds. I feel great! I find that I am losing a lot in my chest and stomach and a little in my arms and legs also.
Did anyone find that they lost more inches in the beginning of their diet or towards the end? And do you think the corti-trim and mrc-6 seemed to help with losses? On my next weigh in I am going to have them check inches lost. I'm excited to know!

I started on May 25th and have lost 16 pounds and over 10 inches. I didn't measure every body part - but I know my stomach is down 5" - my arms maybe half an inch and my hips an inch.

I was so suprised today when I got measured and have lost 13.5". I started on June 11th. Today was also the first day that I could tell that my shirt fit better.

congrats on the loss, I will go weigh in tomorrow and am hoping to sign the 10 pounds lost board since as of monday I had lost 8 pounds, I will go and be measured on Monday at my 2 weeks since starting point
