Any insight would be appreciated!

My understanding is that the MetaBalance plan was actually designed for diabetics. I'm not diabetic but i do have very volatile hypoglycemia. i follow that and my blood sugar feels way more stable.

I am diabetic. Was taking medicatiion for years and when I went on this program and lost the wweight,the doctor took my medication away. He even
choose this program over the nutritionalist at his office. I have found since I haven't been eating the way I should for program,my bloodsugars are doing aas they did before,up/down. I believe it is for diabetics as well as others as our food is wighed measured and carefully picked. Less of the bad things our bodies don't need.

I am a diabetic and have no issues at all with fluctuations. I feel great.
