I came across this article today that I want to post. Certain things I had come across before, like the link between sugar and leptin, others are myth busters. The power of food lobby groups is particularly scary. It's well worth a read.

I finally got around to reading this. I had heard some ofit before but really appreciated such a comprehensive article. It's shocking and does make sense. Thanks.
