I have hypothyroidism and menopause at the same time. Add to that auto immune disorder because my body is attacking my thyroid. I have joined MRC again for the second time and so far have lost 8 pds...this varies though as some weeks I lose nothing. I think all of it is due in part to my thyroid issues and to be honest the first time (2009-2010) when I went on MRC the weight loss was easy and I didn't have these issues, this time around I am really think it is going to take awhile to lose the 20 pds. Have you lost any weight??

Last time I was on mrc I lost fast with no problem. I had my entire thyroid removed since. I have been doing this on my own for about 45 days now and lost 18lbs. It is slower going this time around but it is coming off.
