No affects here... I added the FF Greek yogurt at breakfast or lunch up to three times per week and have replaced my starch with fruit for two meals and haven't noticed anything. My being sick and not resting will probably cause a stall or gain, but we keep moving.
I've only been on the new menu a week, but lost 5 pounds (after a 1.5 gain) that week, but we'll have to see how the body adjusts....
What's the difference between the green menu and beige menu? Right now I am on beige and there aren't any chages to it that I know of. ??
6 oz of protein at each meal on Beige vs. 4 oz on Green That is what stands out to me the most not having the menu in front of me. None of the new additions to the Green were on the Beige...they may be changing that in the future??
I just switched from the Beige Menu to the New Green Menu a couple weeks ago and still am losing an average of 3 lbs/week. So far so good..I think the key is to make sure your portions are the right amount and not overboard on starches, etc.
can anyone please post the differences from the old and new green menu. I have the old one and really would love to have the newer version. Do you think the changes will make it easier and less likely to get tired of the same foods?
i haven't been eating bread or crackers but eating fruit w/ the Greek yogurt now since the menu has changed. love it w/ frozen strawberries or blueberries - i use my personal one serve blender and whip it up w/ my lemonade HNS or Chocolate truffle syntrax mix. love it!!! if i'm in a rush, i'll put splenda and a shake of cinnamon - love it! even good w/ sprinkle of chocolate truffle protein mix but i like the sour taste...tastes like chocolate cheese cake :-) love the new menu!
Do all the centers have the new green menu now? I do the mail order program and haven't heard anything about it. I guess I should ask my center about it. Do you all like the new menu or are you just sticking with the old one?
