Default Which menu plan should I be on? Starting in the 290's.

Hi Everyone!

I did MRC a few years back and had success and now I have gained more than double back what I originally lost! Yikes!

I do not have the money right now to restart at one of the centers, but I do not want to wait to get started until I can afford.. I think I am supposed to be on the beige plan, but would like some advice on that. I am in the 290's right now. So is the beige plan the right plan to start with? Also, when should I switch to another color after that! Any advice would be great!

Thank you! Looking forward to getting started!

I think it's the beige one. I'm pretty sure I was told mine was beige even though the paper was white. It says Meta Slim Plus at the top and I get 6 oz of protein at each meal plus an afternoon snack. I started with MRC at 283 and was told I'd be on that menu until I was 200.
