I just found out today that I have food allergies. Specifically cow's milk and eggs along with a mild sensitivity to wheat. Does anyone else have food allergies? If so, how have you managed the program?
I'm on the Meals Made Easy plan at MRC because of issues with what I can and can't eat. MRC had me fill out a form with all my likes, dislikes, needs etc. and came up with a plan for me. Talk to them and they'll help you work it out.
