Hello. This is such a great site and I've learned alot. I'm currently 217lbs and would love to start MRC but like alot of people I just can't afford it at this time. I know that I can order what I need from diet direct. But could someone please email the different menus that I would need to follow for my weight. And how long to stay on each menu. And whatever tips you could share would be very helpful.

There is a thread a few down from the top that is title MRC menus. Click on the attachments and there are menus and information there. hth
