I have had the same thing. The big loss at the beginning was probably due to water weight. Look at your journal from the third week and see what you might have done differently. Look at foods that could have hidden salt. I store water so I have to watch the salt big time. It is why I can't buy the non mrc hns drinks...too much sodium and potassium for me. It make take you some time to figure out which foods to what to you. But really look over what you ate differently. I'm sure the answer lies there.
Also, the scale might not move on any given week but I bet you are losing inches still. That is normal also.
