I have the packets but I am not sure which menu I should begin. I only want to lose about 15 pounds. Should I do the pre-conditioning and then start the Green menu? Please help with advice thank you....
The sheets are meant to be followed in order, no matter how much weight you have to lose I was told. So, go through pre-conditioning, the Days 1-4 menu, Days 5-10 menu, and then the green menu.
