this isn't a calorie-counting program, and adding in foods (especially ones like mac and cheese) could totally derail your program. This program is low-cal, low-carb, low-sodium, low-fat. if you feel you just have to add something, make it cooked egg whites, fish or chicken (lean proteins). once you get to the real program, you may need meta-balance if you work out that much. ask them about it.
