Hi all -
I'm on the beige menu now, but I'm curious, could anyone tell me what the change is when you get to the green menu and then the stablization menu?

From what I can tell looking at the two menus (and someone can jump in if I'm off on something), the main differences between the beige and the green menus are the portion size of the protein you eat and the reduction of HNS drinks. On the beige, it's 6 oz. of protein and the green is only 4 oz. Then, the HNS drinks drop from 5 max to 4 max.

I haven't reached stabilization yet, but I know foods that are not permitted while on program like potatoes, corn, peanut butter, are re-introduced in certain portions. Maybe someone who has reached stabilization can help more on that.
