Restarting, help getting menus?

I've been doing this diet for a while, but, I derailed after losing about 50 pounds! I want to restart, but I seriously need the preconditionning, blue, and yellow menus. Is anyone willing to help a gal out? >< I would really appreciate it!

I never got a preconditioning menu other than my counselor stating to eat protein at every meal, veggies 2-3 times a day, fruit 2 times a day, and starch 2 times a day. I have the other menus and would be happy to send them to you. Please personal message me an e-mail address to send them to.

Here is the yellow menu. For some reason I am having a hard time in getting the blue menu uploaded to the site. Will keep working on it or will try to personal message it to you sometime this weekend.
