I actually decided to fork over the $$ and sign up today. I will be officially starting on Friday, until then I'm doing the "pre-conditioning" and have started the supplement to be taken with meals. It's the phenatrim with the hoodia. Does anyone have experience good or bad with this supplement?? Thanks!

I've had good experience with this supplement. I was leery of taking it, but it has worked well to get me out of a plateau. I didn't take it until I was down almost 50lbs and stalled out.

Also, I LOVED that I had no negative side effects with it. I have never been a big caffeine drinker, so I was worried it would make me jittery or give me headaches--but no problems there! I sleep fine at night, it gives me an energy boost and keeps the snacky cravings away, and I have noticed no problems with it.

Good luck! It's worth the money! This program has changed my life!

I'm with Teacherlady on this one. I haven't noticed any bad side effects either and it has helped with my weight loss, as well.

I wonder if diet direct has a version of the MRC6, phentratrim and corti-trim ? If so, have people had the same success with it ? Those pills are just so darn expensive.....

I just started taking Phentatrim too. I'm not sure what it's exactly supposed to do, but my cousin just gave me a bunch of her leftover MRC stuff so since it was free I ain't complainin'! I have been taking cortitrim since the beginning and I love it! after two weeks I had lost 9 pounds and 13 inches, mostly in my mid-section, which I think was a result of the CT. That's also where I'm noticed the biggest difference.. my stomach seems flatter every day and I can't keep any of my pants up anymore! I see people on here talking about MRC6 all the time, but nobody at my MRC has tried to sell it to me. What is it??

You can only buy it at MRC. It is not available elsewhere.

I did not have good effects with the supplements. I tried taking them, but they kept me up at night, and when I did sleep I freaky vivid crazy dreams. So now I just take them in the morning only. Honestly I am only losing 2-3 pounds a week, I might lose more if I could take it fulltime, or I might not. Wow, I am completely unhelpful
