Hi, I'm brand new to this site. I am a good 25-30 lbs overweight. I exercise daily. I eat healthy, but too much "healthy" food and unfortunately the weekends are my downfall. This weekend alone I had margaitas and ate out twice for starters. The problem is my diet and lack of control and motovation. I did Metabolic Research center years ago and dropped 20 pounds fast, gained it back though. I keep telling myself that if I did it again I would not gain it back. I don't want to shell out the hundreds of dollars again. Does anybody have the basic plan I can follow. I know I can find the supplements on my own. It worked before. I think it will work again. THANKS!!!!!

Hello. I'm new to the program, too, and this board. There's a topic going about doing it on your own. I think you may find what you need there. : )

Good luck!
