Default Best Supplement for Appetitie Control

Im New to the Boards and have not yet joined MRC. I need Appetite Control majorly. My question is.. First of all is there an OTC appetite control product that has absolutely worked for you, and if not, which MRC Supplement would be the best for this...

Thank you so much!!

I also wanted to clarify, that the main reason for asking, is that after I join I want to be prepared for the attempt to sell me supplements. I want to know if there is one OTC that is just as good as what they offer for appetite control! Hope this makes sense!

I tried one OTC, but it ended up making me sick because it had so much caffeine in it. I ended up buying phentatrim from the center, and it is great--i've had no side effects or jitters, and it is a subtle appetite control, where I still end up hungry around mealtimes, but not throughout the day.

I have been using total control from Herbalife. I agree that MRC does not have the patent on supplements and I think that for the most part that you can do your own research and find something comparable. The biggest thing for me this week as I am new as well. I was doing the Atkins diet prior with no results so I have been making sure I am weighing my food and then I have also been keeping journal and getting down to the heart of issue which for me turns into fear of being hungry when the fact of the matter is I can not be too hungry or I wouldn't be overweight right? I have also discovered that when I am feeling funky getting on here and reading everyone else struggles helps me. Good Luck to Ya.

I'm also having a great experience with Phentatrim. Like teacherlady said, I end up hungry around mealtimes but between that I don't even think about food. Which is a total change for me!

I think I paid $75 for a one month supply.

I know it's probably too early to tell, but has it helped you? I emotional eat like crazy when I get sad or stressed out and I've been keeping a journal too, it helps me a lot because I find I don't reprimand myself as much for it so it doesn't plague me the next day. I still have issues with nighttime eating sometimes and was hoping to find something to help curb that.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a late night eater? I'm open to trying supplements.

Thanks in advance!

I also take Phentatrim with no side effects and it works great. I only take mine if I feel cravings coming on. My friend takes her 3 x a day.

I find drinking an HNS helps with cravings also.

I'm new here. Could someone tell me what Phentramine is? Is it totally safe. I'm healthy but always nervous about safety. Thanks!!
