Hi All, I was on this program about a year ago and found myself loving veggies. Have you gave fried cabbage a try? It's soooo yummy. Use your allotted amount of olive oil, chopped cabbage and fry until it's brown. After it's done sprinkle some of your allotted salt on top. I ate it a lot and I still eat it, in fact I crave it. Also you can do zucchini and okra the same way. I had that with the ranch chicken fingers and the honey mustard dip made up of Dijon mustard, vinegar and splenda. This is making me hungry.
