I just saw my coach today to go over the "menus made easy" plan that I have to be on because of all the meds I take. He told me basically the same things...a min of half my body weight. He also said that the water I drink with the protein supplement doesn't count.
I try to drink all my water before noon - is that bad? It's just that if I don't, then I'm up half the night going pee.
I haven't heard anything about keeping it consistent from one day to the next. But that makes sense.
