Which supplements are you talking about (HSN or pills)? I don't have experience in this area, but I really would not recommend doing this. Personally I need to learn how to eat correctly and learn how to properly fuel my body without letting food control me. I want health not just to be skinny and MRC can teach me these things. I think if you try to "take a shortcut" it will end up hurting you in stabilization and maintenance, unless you plan on taking supplements forever.

I have had "off" days but it was usually one thing I nibbled or ate, not like a whole meal or day off plan.

Everything else I stick to because it's absolutely essential in the plan working. The HNS supplements are needed for the way you burn fat - first you burn carbs, that's why this is a low carb program. Second you need protein to burn fat - if you don't have enough protein your body will burn through muscle and that's not what you want!

So I try to do the minimum - 3 HNS, 100 oz of water, a multivitamin & Krill. Oils are essential in weight loss as well as keeping your hair from falling out and your skin turning to alligator!

Because I had A LOT of fat .. I opted for the MRC-6 since it provided all over loss of inches plus B6. I finally did cave & do the corti-trim .. lost an additional 8 inches from that .. and I also do Super DIM which amazingly took an inch off my cankles!

I plan on stopping all but the multivitamin & krill - really the only things "needed".

Is there anything at the drug store that resembles Corti-trim? I am almost out and I really don't want to spend the $ right now. I do think it works - I have lost 1.5 inches from my midsection in just 2 or 3 weeks.

Thanks!!
(I'm new by the way
