Talking inspired!

Thanks for the inspiration! I have been on MRC for one month and have lost 19 lbs. I can't believe the scales when I weigh in. MRC has been a blessing to me!

Congratulations on your one year anniversary. I would love to thank you for continuing to support each and every one of us. Not only have you managed to succeed in your own weight loss, you are an inspiration and motivator to all of us. Thanks so much for staying on here and showing/teaching us what to do.

Great job!!! You are an inspiration as everyone has said. I am just so thankful to have you to talk to with any questions I may have. You did help me when I changed to meta-balance and I know that you will be there to help me when I do get to maintenance. It will be a year for me on May 7th and even though I am really excited about it I am also very scared because that means I am getting closer to my goal. I have never had to maintain before so I don't know how things will go. I know that the center will be there for me as well as all of you guys. Thank you for everything and keep up the great work!!!

I'm so glad I could help! Maintenance is so similar to the losing phase, but takes a completely different mindset. It's hard to stay motivated to eat right when you're not getting the reward of watching the scale drop. You have to think about other goals you want to achieve. It's so satisfying, though! You'll be there before you know it!

I walked into MRC 1 year ago today, depressed and thinking I was a complete failure. I basically gave myself over to them because I had run out of answers and didn't even know what questions to ask anymore. 1 year later, I have been maintaining my goal weight for 6 months, am happier and more energetic than I've ever been in my life, and have the cutest wardrobe! I'm here to say that if I can do it, YOU CAN TO! Hang in there - it is SO worth it!
Thanks so much for sharing your journey with us. So many of us here are on our 2nd or 3rd attempt at this, so it is a great motivator to see someone who felt the same way we did starting out, and then had the determination to reach goal and can now tell us how GREAT it is to be on the "other" side. Please stay around and continue to motivate us and encourage us.

Thumbs up Congrats! Way to go!

I saw you in other posts and tried to message you privately, but since I'm a newbie it wouldn't allow...

Saw in your other posts that you have been doing heavy workouts; no wonder you look so hot!

If you have the time could you message me? I ahve a question about MRC and high intensity workouts. Perhaps it will let you messag me since you're an old pro!

Again, congratulations on your discipline and tenacity! enjoy the new you!!!!
