Default Meta-Boost Menu

Hi-

I am desperately looking for the Meta-Boost menu. I am currently on the Meta Slim but I am wanting to lose weight more quickly for an upcoming trip to the beach in May. Can anyone tell me more about the Meta Boost plan please?

I have never heard of Meta boost. I have heard of metaslim, metabalance, metaquick, and metaprotein. Do you go to a center? If so, you should ask them about it.

I have never heard of this with MRC. I have heard of a weight loss formula called MetaBoost, that one takes to make one feel full. This formula is not related to MRC.

Wish I could help, but I'm not familiar with it either.

We have it at my center, but not sure what the menu is like for sure. I do know that at one of the cooking classes a client was on meta boost & she couldn't eat the starch we had. She also said that she was always hungry. It sounded like it was more protein, less or no starch and that's all I know for sure. Sorry I couldn't be anymore help.

I inquired with a friend who used to work at a MRC. I dont know the specifics but you eat the bars and meal replacment shakes for breakfast and lunch then a regular MetaSlim type meal at night...

That's the Meta-Quick menu. I'm doing that one now.

Me too...right. TOO Many meta...this and that. But I have read some about Metaquick on another thread. You're right... you just eat a protein bar or protein shake and HNS for breakfast. Then the same for lunch. At dinner you eat your regular menu plan. Supposed to jump start a plateau or something. But you can only do this 7 days out of a month. If i didn't get this right someone please jump in and correct me.

Does anyone know if there is an official copy of the metaquick menu on this forum? Where? Thanks so much.

I want to get on the Metaquick. I would LOVE to eat the bars for breakfast and lunch and then a regular plan dinner.

I'm going to ask Rachel tomorrow if I can have it for a week.

I just started this today - you can only have it 3-4 days at a time and no more than 7 days in a month. I figured if it worked though - I would plan on doing it on the weekend every few weeks to "shock" my system into continuing loss.

Good luck!
