I am doing this on my own this time and have found it harder. But now my 18yr old son has become my personal trainer/food guide (when he first started to help I called him the food/workout ****) and all around help. I have pushed through the 180's and now into 179.5 yes it is a small mark but considering that I was at 183 on my last WI (monday). I am doing the big happy dance.
I encourage anybody out there doing this on their own to get a partner/friend/family to do this with you. It helps make you accountable and also somebody to share in your joys as well as your let downs.
