I never heard this before THIS, but I like it and will take it to heart from this point forward. Have already started. It just rings true with me, so good enough for me! --Joy2MeNu

Not until you push yourself to the limit and then past that, will you begin to realize "exactly what" you are capable of handling physically & mentally. Yes it's scary, hard, & exhausting. But, when you challenge yourself & strive to work harder than you ever have at the beginning of each day, when you finally stop to ....rest, you'll be more positive than anxious about your future!

Sadly Crystal Light has a horrible taste to me, never used to until I started the program and discovered my aversion to aspartame in powder drinks I do like the Special K protein water mixes though. This is such a good idea but if anyone else doesn't like Crystal Light (i may be totally alone in this) try the special K Protein water. They have 30 cal a packet, but no sugars, the carbs are FIBER and 5 grams of protein! I only use a half a packet at a time because they are very sweet and a whole packet is for 2 cups of water, So hey extra fiber and protein and it DEFINITELY curbs the sweet craving! And NO aspartame!

You can find them in Wal-mart in the diet food sections.

Every time my parents cook out, I will have my dad grill a few packages of chicken until they are just cooked through. Then I keep them in the freezer and I can do so much with them! Each one is about 8 ounces, so one breast lasts me two meals. I can make grilled chicken salad, fajitas, stir-fry, you name it in just a matter of minutes. So handy!
