1. Finish my divorce.
2. Stay on program until I reach and sustain my goal weight for optimum health.
3. Discover which speaking topic is most powerful for my audience and polish it up as a keynote. (And feel confident giving the keynote since I'll look and feel great!)
1) To be at my goal weight for my next trip to New Orleans (end of June).
2) Stay out of the hospital / less hospital stays.
3) Be more carefree and less stressed out about the little things in life.
I am a new member to this forum but have been following it for quite a while -- I love the interaction with people on the MRC diet. I resolve to finish stabilization (in my 3rd week) and then continue with maintenance for a year. In reading the other posts I feel that is so important. Looking forward to talking with ya'll.
1. Reach and maintain goal weight,
2. Be confident enough about my body to dance,
3. Complete the children's curriculum I started years ago,
4. Finish 3 quilts,
5. Grow half the produce I eat this summer (and I want it to be most of my diet),
6. Learn to be spontaneous,
7. Learn to laugh.

1. Get some more weight off pronto
2. Just get through the stress that comes from helping take care of my very ill friend and not let it interfere anymore with my personal mission and attitude
3. Get this sciatic nerve thing under control so I can get back to walking, as I have missed it so much! Should I just ignore the pain and walk anyway?

Am back for Round 2, beginning 3/7. Not until you push yourself to the limit and then past that, will you begin to realize "exactly what" you are capable of handling physically & mentally. Yes it's scary, hard, & exhausting. But, when you challenge yourself & strive to work harder than you ever have at the beginning of each day, when you finally stop to ....rest, you'll be more positive than anxious about your future!
Well, I know it's been a while since January, but I still have some goals for this year, so here goes:
1. Loose at least 50 pounds. (10 lbs/month)
2. Keep up my GPA
3. Get into one of the three schools I'm hoping to transfer to (currently at a Community College).
4. Make at least one new friend.
5. Continue earning and saving money so that I can afford attending the college I transfer to.
OK, an update: I have accomplished #2 and #3, but am still working on #1. So, I will ammend #1 to state "To make my goal weight in September".
