25% There!
So I just did the math and realized I am 25% exactly through my weight loss! This made me really happy!
I have been fluctuating all week....up 2.5 then back down 2.5...so no loss for the week...but at least I'm one quarter of the way there! How far along are you? |

I'm about 50% of the way to goal. I thought that since I still have a lot to lose I would continue to lose it at the same pace as I have been, but it isn't going that way. I keep gaining in the beginning of the week then I lose it by the end of the week. It is really frustrating because I am doing everything I am supposed to be doing. I keep telling myself that my body just needs time to catch up, but it doesn't make it easier. I'm still plugging along though!!

I am also about 45-50% there, but now the going is quite slow. I know I need to be more regular with my exercize. I just hate how when you first get going you add pounds due to water retension.
