Default Dumb Question...

Hi All, I'm starting my pre-conditioning today. I have a question maybe someone can help me with, sorry if this sounds stupid, but It says on my sheet that I can only have spring water....can't i just drink it from the tap? I hate paying to buy water especially when I have free water...especially with as much as I'm supposed to drink...thanks for you help!

I don't think it matters what water you drink. Its only Spring Water it's not like it has vitimins or something in it. The Spring Water is just extra filtered, other then that it should be exactly the same as tap water.

I always drink tap water when I work out.

I know they prefer that you drink filtered rather than tap water, just because of all the extra stuff that can be found in tap water--such as hormones from plastic, antibiotics, and other metals/minerals that may have leached into the city water supply.

I try to drink filtered water as much as possible, but tap water won't hurt our weight loss, for the most part.
