Default Brand new to MRC and to 3FC

I just started MRC this is my first "week" past my prep week and no loss on day three has anyone else run into this their first week? I did go in a weigh
in and I am actually up in weight but lost 2.5 percent in my bmi......

I am trying not to get discouraged but its still hard, I don't normally have problems with losing even in my first weeks on any program, I just hope
my body isn't in starvation mode, lol....

going to keep up the faith that this is just a pause before a drop!!! the Center
I go to says I am a "type b" body meaning it holds on to everything.... go figure!!!

Any words of advice and encouragement would be so very awesome....

As of yesterday I have been on MRC for 1 month (9 days preconditioning and day 20 of my plan). I lost weight during preconditioning but did not lose any weight until day 7 of the meal plan (down 4 lbs). Since then when I weigh in on Tuesdays I either maintain or this time even gained 1 lb but by Friday I usually lose 2-4 lbs. I'm not sure why but it just seems to be the way my body works. As of last Friday I was down 13.5 lbs and 16.5 inches in 3 weeks' time. Hang in there . . . it is normal and you can lose this weight once and for all, but you have to stay on plan.

Thank you so very much for your comments!!! I went into the center yesterday told them about my very rough morning and the lightheadedness
they went ahead and switched me to the green menu and told me to skip
the blue, my body apparently has a rougher time going thru detox, so I started
on the green menu last night at dinner, got on the scale this morning and
finally a 2 lb loss!! I will take it....

I don't plan to give up I want to get the weight back off I put on this year and this time I am going to keep it off!!!
