Default Two Meal a Day Plan?

Anyone on the two meal a day plan? My consultant suggested it to me today becuase I'm just not hungry most of the time and she thought this might be a better option.

She told me I could have a MRB everyday for lunch and a creamy everyday and then breakfast and dinner according to the menu.

I am on Meta-Slim. Does this sound right? It's not what the sheet says for sure. I made her tell me twice and write it down so I'm sure that's what she said.

So it would be...

B - P,F,V,B - Clear HNS
SK - Clear HNS
L - MRB and Creamy HNS
SK - Clear HNS
D - P,V,B - Clear HNS
SN -Clear HNS

Is Meta slim the green one? I don't have fruit for b-fast anymore, only lunch. I'm only allowed 1 creamy per day max and no creamy at all if I do a bar.

Whoops, sorry forgot that you were talking about 2 meal plan

They gave me the meal plan if I wanted to try it but haven't yet. The sheet says:
B- P, F, V, B and HNS*
10am- Optional HNS
L or D- HNS
2pm- Optional HNS
L or D- P, V, B and HNS*
Eve- Optional HNS
*1 clear or one daily creamy

-MRB may be used as B or D omitting F and P or B and P

Seems like she was a little off on some of it. Hopes this helps!
