I'm sorry if this is too much information for some, but I was wondering...and don't feel comfortable asking my center--
Has anyone had loose stools/diarrhea from this diet? I'm about 30 days in and just started having this (a few times a day) in the last week or so. Am I not getting enough of something, or too much of something?
The combination of protein/fiber (from fruits/veggies) usually seems to balance everything for me, but not so much lately.
I hate to go off-plan, but yogurt has always done the trick for me with this in the past...
