Hey ya'll! I am new here (have read some threads before, but just signed on today!). I am in my third week of MRC and have lost 10 pounds.
I have a question about tomatoes. I know the sheet says raw tomatoes, but I can only eat them cooked. I have been roasting some cheery tomatoes and the ladies at my center said that was a no-no.
It is the same tomato raw and cooked? So why no cooked tomatoes?
Any other tips for a newbie?
