I just found this forum and I find it very helpful and supportive. I was on the Metabolic Research Center diet last year, and for about 2.5 months I lost over 30 lbs. Needless to say, I have gained almost all of it back. This time I am determined to lose 40 lbs by Christmas and 25 more lbs by march of 2011.
I am doing everything on my own as I have the menu. My question is, has anyone tried to eat a couple of olives while on the program? What affect did they have on your weight loss and are they a complete no-no? I have no idea why, but I seem to crave olives of all things!
