Meal replacement bar
 

Has anyone found a good low carb, hi protein meal replacement bar besides the ones they sell at the center? I was going to buy the EAS bar but it seemed to have a lot of carbs. :cb:

thats a great question! Seems all the ones I have looked at are high in carbs, will be very happy to get some suggestions!!

at diect direct, they have the proti bars which only have 15 carbs. I think that's pretty comparable to the ones at MRC. Also-I drink the EAS AdvantEDGE shakes, which are for Atkins followers and they are very low in carbs. Pretty much identical to the premades from the center. I know they have AdvantEDGE bars that are low in carbs too (like 2-3 carbs).

At Walmart you can get Akins Avantage Meal Bars, akins runs under the same concept, high prot. low carbs, thats what makes their bars and shakes comparable, good tasting, but be careful they have two kinds, you need the one with 17- 18 grams of protein, the others have 8 - 10 gr. $6-8 a box

Dietdirect.com is great. I've loved all their products. My absolute favorite is the peanut butter and jelly meal replacement bars from the Bariwise line.
